Placing the order was simple enough, so credit where it’s due. But after that? Welcome to the No-Update Zone. I had to keep checking on things myself because communication was basically handled by Captain Vague and the Silence Squad. It wasn’t a total disaster, but for the amount I spent, I definitely expected a lot better.

It arrived packed really well and everything was in good shape. Simple, useful, and exactly what I needed.

The return policy felt unfair to me. I don’t think I’m being unreasonable here, but the whole process was way more of a hassle than it should’ve been, and it really felt like the customer ends up taking most of the hit. I’d definitely read the fine print before buying from here, especially if there’s even a small chance you might need to return something.

I found the records I wanted fast, search worked well enough, and checkout didn’t turn into some annoying process. The product details were clear, nothing weird popped up, and I didn’t feel like I was wasting time. I’d definitely use it again...

I ordered a cartridge from Music Direct and had a few questions before I pulled the trigger. The guy I talked to definitely knew his turntables, which was nice, and he didn’t make me feel awkward for asking what was probably basic stuff. I was kind of bouncing between options, and his advice helped me land on the right one. The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is that the response time was a bit slower than I was hoping for. Not a huge deal, just worth mentioning. Overall though, solid experience and I’d buy from them again.

Like, if something is delayed, just say that and be upfront about it. I don’t think I’d fully trust ordering from them again.
